The first column should be formatted as {video ID}<em>{start_time_window}</em>{end_time_window}, followed by a list of predictions in the format:<br>\n[pred1, pred2, …]</p>\n<p>Each prediction 'pred' should be structured as:<br>\n[class_pred, start_time, end_time, confidence] </p>\n<p>Best,<br>\nHao</p>",
