  "content": "<p>Hi all,</p>\n<p>A special prize is to be given to the highest performing student team from Bangladesh. A team would be considered a Bangladeshi student team if majority members (e.g. at least 3 out of a 5 member team) are Bangladeshi citizens and students enrolled in a university degree. In the case of an even number of members, half of them have to be from Bangladesh.</p>\n<p>If you would like to self nominate your team, please email me directly at <a href=\"mailto:addison@kaggle.com\">addison@kaggle.com</a> with your team name and evidence of your current enrollment.</p>\n<p>Note: We will be accepting self-nominations through Tuesday, October 31 at 11:59pm UTC</p>",
