      "content": "<p>You probably got an error during the run on the hidden test set due to your parameter change.<br>\nThe submission.csv you see is only for the 3 sample test.<br>\nUnfortunately it's really hard to find out the why coz we get no feedback from the hidden test run</p>",

      "content": "<p>I met the same error 'submission.csv not found' even if this file is in the output. The error was gone when I removed all intermediate files except for submission.csv. I hope this helps.</p>",
