  "content": "<p>There are some libraries that are licensed as not for commercial use.</p>\n<p>For example, <a href=\"https://github.com/facebookresearch/denoiser/\" target=\"_blank\">Meta Research denoiser</a> mentioned in <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/bengaliai-speech/discussion/430400\" target=\"_blank\">this topic</a> is released under the CC-BY-NC 4.0, i.e., this library is not allowed for commercial use.</p>\n<p>IMO, It seems that <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/competitions/bengaliai-speech/rules\" target=\"_blank\">the competition rules</a> does not allow such a non-commercial use library according to 8.C of B. GENERAL COMPETITION RULES:</p>\n<blockquote>\n  <p>C. Use of Open Source.
