  "content": "<p>Hello, I am beginner.</p>\n\n<p>My question is what is prohibited in kernel only competition.</p>\n\n<p>In my thought, I can only use kernel to make submission.</p>\n\n<p>However, in Notebooks some use pre-trained model or trained weight(used own computer resources)</p>\n\n<p>Is there any previous discussion about this, please comment that's links.</p>\n\n<p>I'm very confusing now... </p>",

You can upload a models weights to a dataset and use them for inference.\nIf a notebook displays a submission score, you can also assume that whatever the Creator op did was allowed - otherwise it would not have worked.</p>",
