Internet is not allowed for the notebook that makes the submission , so make a different notebook for only submission after you have trained your model in another notebook. You can just load weights from your trained model in the submission notebook by using the 'Add Data' button in the notebook. Check any of the public inference kernels for that.</p>",

This also might enable hackers to get the hidden test values (which your LB will be evaluated) and use that to get 1st position!! )</p>",
