  "content": "<p><strong>Attention all Datathon Participants at IUT ICT Fest 2024!</strong></p>\n<p>Today marks the final opportunity for team merging - please ensure you finalize your teams by 11:55 PM tonight.</p>\n<p>As you prepare your submissions, here is a checklist of what must be included:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>Training Kaggle Notebook: Provide a link to your training notebook.</li>\n<li>Inference Notebook: Include your complete inference notebook.</li>\n<li>Trained Models and Weights: Submit all relevant files.</li>\n<li>Annotated or Pseudolabeled Data: If your project involves data annotation or pseudolabeling, please include these.</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Submission Details:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>General Submission Link: <a href=\"https://forms.gle/rfSRVHAVxdBubGyA8\" target=\"_blank\">https://forms.gle/rfSRVHAVxdBubGyA8</a></li>\n<li>Submission Deadline: April 24, 2024, 11:55 PM</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Additionally, a paper in IEEE format is required:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>IEEE Format Template: <a href=\"https://www.overleaf.com/latex/templates/ieee-conference-template/grfzhhncsfqn\" target=\"_blank\">Overleaf IEEE Conference Template</a></li>\n<li>Paper Submission Deadline: April 26, 2024 (Link will be provided soon)</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Please note that you only have to write the methodology and results part on your paper, so it would be a 1/2 page paper.</p>\n<p>Good luck to all teams!</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hello, I had some queries regarding the submission requirements you mentioned.</p>\n<ol>\n<li><p>Do we have to submit a training notebook or a GitHub repository should be good as well? Our training pipeline was repaired as a Python repository, it will be easier for us to submit the GitHub repo instead.</p></li>\n<li><p>The preparation of the YouTube videos and the IEEE format paper would take some time. As far as I know, we weren't notified of these requirements before. It is actually impossible for us to prepare both of these by the deadline mentioned, especially the IEEE format paper. Is there any scope of a an extension to the deadline for these submissions?</p></li>\n</ol>\n<p>Thank you very much.</p>",
