  "content": "<p>At the top of the&nbsp;<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/belkin-energy-disaggregation-competition/submissions\">&quot;My Submissions&quot;</a>&nbsp;it says that:&nbsp;&quot;You must upload a model to be eligible&quot;.</p>\n<p>I understood that the model upload was a response to our request. &nbsp;Is it optional or is it now mandatory to submit a model in order to be eligible?</p>\n<p>If it is mandatory, will a single line be enough to satisfy the &quot;eligibility requirement or does the model actually need to be any good?</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>",
