  "content": "<p>Hi,&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I am trying to download this data set, however, it keeps asking me to accept the rules. When I click accept it says 'you've already accepted the rules' and then re-prompts me to accept the rules ad infinitum.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>I have disabled all extensions and tried other browsers (IE and Chrome) all give the same results.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Could someone please tell me how to fix this so I can get the data.</p>\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Thanks,&nbsp;</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi DarthbakerNZ,</p>\n<p>I've just created an account at Kaggle, and while trying to download some data (Titanic survival) I've experienced exactly the same problem.</p>\n<p>Have tried multiple browsers as well without success.</p>\n<p>Anybody know how to fix this?</p>",
