  "content": "<p>Here is what I was assuming based on all the forum discussions so far.</p>\n<p>I am having some trouble reconciling these assumptions with the&nbsp;results of some of my submissions. &nbsp;I wonder if anybody else has run into similar difficulties?&nbsp;</p>\n<p>1. Submissions (including the final submissions) are limited to the time windows for each house that are specified by the SampleSubmission.csv file provided with the data.</p>\n<p>2. About half of the lines in each submission (the public fold) are used to determine the public score.</p>\n<p>3. Each public fold line either adds or subtracts the same amount from the public score and that amount depends on only on the house the line refers to.</p>\n<p>4. Private fold lines neither add nor subtract from the public score.</p>\n<p>I would appreciate it if the admins could let all of us know if any of these assumptions is wrong and post something on the forum to clear it up.</p>",
