  "content": "<p>I am getting this error for both of my submissions.</p>\n<p>Is it a parser problem or is something wrong with my file format?</p>\n<p>I am also wondering what happens if my submission includes only a subset of the Houses, testing dates or devices.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>Do the rest default to zeros (all devices off)?</p>\n<p>Is there some other default?</p>\n<p>Would that be causing the exception?</p>",

If a submission errors out it wont count against your daily limit and you will need to resubmit the file to see the score. &nbsp;Sorry again for the downtime!</p>",

      "content": "<p>I figured it out. &nbsp;It looks like submissions must have a row for each minute and each appliance even if most of them are zeros, &nbsp;Seems like a waste of disk space, bandwidth and processing time to submit so many zeros, but if this is the format you expect I can do it.</p>",
