  "content": "<p>Attempts to download any of the CSV data files result in some kind of &quot;OOPS&quot; server error. I have tried with IE9, IE10, and Chrome. I was able to get the tagging info&nbsp;CSV files, and I was able to get the H1Copy file for&nbsp;MATLAB (though&nbsp;I'm not interested in the MATLAB files).&nbsp;It appears what are supposed to be .zip&nbsp;versions of the CSV files&nbsp;are not (they are _zip). Please check the file format.</p>\n<p>Thanks,</p>\n<p>Jack</p>",
