  "content": "<p>There is a test data set, in the H4 folder, named &quot;Testing_09_19_1348038001.mat&quot; and so this contains test data for time stamps which are greater than (or more recent than) 1348038001.</p>\r\n<p>But in the sample submission file, which contains the time stamps for which the test predictions need to be made, for H4 the greatest timestamp (which incidentally is the most recent timestamp) is 1348007940 (which is lesser/earlier than 1348038001)</p>\r\n<p>Is this on purpose...??? If so then why do we need the &quot;Testing_09_19_1348038001.mat&quot; file...???</p>\r\n<p></p>\r\n<p>Thanks in advance..</p>\r\n<p></p>",
