\n\nI'd like to thank my team mate ZFTurbo. It was a great pleasure working with him! We enjoyed almost perfect synergy since we concentrated on completely different kinds of features. This gave us a very nice boost after teaming up.
\n\nMy take away from this competition: feature is king, monster model is not.

\n\nIt has been very tough continuously competing with the Quants and you can see we didn't get even with huge computational resources and brain power. Once you got to 0.950, we knew we had it coming.
\n\nAll in our team learned a lot from this competition. It was especially rewarding because all team members were putting in equal effort, which basically means daily meetings and attempts. That doesn't happen in all teams you join. I had at one point 3x 16-cpu machines running around the world with one quad-core at home.
\n\nGood luck to all in future competitions and thanks to Avito and Kaggle for organizing the challenge.
