      "content": "<p>Check your task manager / htop to see which process is causing the CPU to be at 100%.\nAlso check if it's just one core or all cores.</p>\n\n<p>Many pandas operations use just one core as they are not parallelized, other can use all cores, so if you have a for-loop that runs for some time, your CPU is likely to be quite high.</p>\n\n<p>If it still seems weird, restart your kernel or the whole computer.</p>",
