  "content": "<p>Hello everyone,</p>\n\n<p>We're group of students willing to take a part in the contest. This is one of our first contest and we're looking forward to try our hands at competing. As additional motivation, we would like to describe our efforts and (hopefully) interesting ideas for tackling the problems in one of chapters in Master's Thesis. To do so, probably we will need to put a couple of images and examples from training/test dataset on paper. </p>\n\n<p>Of course, we would like do it in accordance with rules that say: \"you may access and use the Competition Data only for the purposes of the Competition.\". </p>\n\n<p>On the other hand, sharing ideas and approaches seems to be allowed. And this is what we want to do. We're not going to publish or distribute any file attached to the contest.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Is it allowed describe our ideas/code/approaches in the form of Master's Thesis?</strong></p>",
