I assume, there is some kind of a queue, so your submission isn't started as soon as you press \"submit\". I believe that allows kaggle servers to manage computational resources in a smart way (e.g. do not raise 1000 servers, once a lot of people submit models, but rather process them in batches. Of course, that waiting time should not be considered as a processing time. That may explain why your submission succeeded after 90 minutes.</p>",
