  "content": "<p>Hi Everyone</p>\n\n<p>I am trying to make a submission but the 'submit to Competition' button is not clickable. When I hover over the button a pop up says You kernel cannot use internet access for this competition. Also the name of the file is 'submission.csv'.</p>\n\n<p>I was hoping if someone can help me and explain how to make the submission and what is the alternate ways to use pretrained model if we cannot download it from internet.</p>\n\n<p>Thank You</p>",

To do this you will need to click on the *<em>+ Add Dataset *</em> link in notebook. Then search for the dataset that has the weights that you need for your model. </p>\n\n<p>This notebook shows how to load pre-trained weights into a Keras ResNet50 model.\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/mathormad/aptos-resnet50-baseline\">https://www.kaggle.com/mathormad/aptos-resnet50-baseline</a></p>",
