For example, only one of the team created fake account.</p>\n\n<p>Since this is a sensitive matter, we should be careful on labeling some of our innocent friends. :)</p>",

And even if you do, it's still very unnecessary, no need to bully people off the community, whatever mistake they made I'm sure they paid the price. </p>",

(People tend to feel lucky to do something out of the range without punishment )\nSo IMO some kind of notification is necessary, but not sure in what way it should be.
