The good news - The root cause of the recent Kernel errors has been determined and addressed. Apologies for the frustration over the last couple of days. There was a separate issue that was addressed earlier, but didn't fix the main issue. That has now been resolved.
\n\nThe bad news - We don't currently have a way to reset submission counts without causing other side effects, so there is no way to credit these submission errors back to individuals. We fully understand the frustration with this, and extend sincere apologies for the hiccup.
