  "content": "<p>Dear Participants,</p>\n<p>After three months of intense competition, the time has come to announce the winners of our AI challenge.</p>\n<p>Among many excellent contenders, the following teams stood out and secured the top five positions:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>YZU_MISLAB</li>\n<li>VGHTPE_RAD</li>\n<li>NYCU-Appendix</li>\n<li>MH LEE (Lotung Poh-AI Hospital)</li>\n<li>Jerry.append(icitis)</li>\n</ol>\n<p>During the second stage of the Kaggle competition, the codemonkey17 team initially held the fifth rank on the private leaderboard. However, upon closer evaluation and discussion, the organizing committee noted considerable discrepancies in the team's name and composition between the first and second stages, indicating a violation of the official competition guidelines. To uphold the competition's integrity, we decided to demote codemonkey17 to the sixth position and promote Jerry.append(icitis) to the fifth position. While we regret making this adjustment, we believe it is necessary to ensure fair competition.</p>\n<p>Given the fierce competition and the exceptional performance of all teams, the committee has decided to extend an invitation to the winners ranked sixth to tenth to participate in the award presentation event. Additionally, these winners will receive a waiver for the registration fee and be awarded certificates of achievement as recognition.</p>\n<p>The winners ranked sixth to tenth are as follows:</p>\n<ol>\n<li>codemonkey17</li>\n<li>UKA Radiology</li>\n<li>CCH_bigYU</li>\n<li>Alohomora</li>\n<li>YSU</li>\n</ol>\n<p>Congratulations to all the winners, and thank you to everyone who participated in this competition.
