Without seeing your notebook it is hard to diagnose exactly. Maybe you did a join or something and the customer_ID column has changed data type and no longer match. You might be able to figure it out if you compare your submission file with the <code>sample_submission.csv</code> that kaggle provides and see if you notice a difference in that column e.g. IDs not matching, missing values or wrong shape.
