Hi all. This isn't a serious discussion topic but sharing an experience.
\nI just started Kaggle a few weeks ago and this competition is my second project after the titanic tutorial. I've kind of become obsessed and addicted to it to though. I started ignoring my professional work, gf, meals, friends and life outside Kaggle since commencing the competition about 3 weeks ago. I had a problem π¬
\nFinally, I decided to stop on Sunday considering the backlog of chores, work tasks, complaining gf and life stuff I've accumulated. I do peep in once a day to see what's going on though.
\nMy score isn't too impressive (0.789) but, considering that I started with 0.562, I'm still proud of it despite not hitting the intended 0.790 mark.
\nThis was a fun endeavour and I learnt a lot. Looking forward to my data science and Kaggle journey ahead. Cheers to a lot more competitions, education, fun and happy times ahead. π

I've kind of become obsessed and addicted to it to though. I started ignoring my professional work, gf, meals, friends and life outside Kaggle since commencing the competition about 3 weeks ago. I had a problem π¬\n\nFinally, I decided to stop on Sunday considering the backlog of chores, work tasks, complaining gf and life stuff I've accumulated. I do peep in once a day to see what's going on though.\n\nMy score isn't too impressive (0.789) but, considering that I started with 0.562, I'm still proud of it despite not hitting the intended 0.790 mark.\n\nThis was a fun endeavour and I learnt a lot. Looking forward to my data science and Kaggle journey ahead.
