  "content": "<p>Came to make submissions 15 minutes before the close of the day.  The first has been running for 9 minutes so far.  Is this the new Kaggle normal that they are under-resourced and the last part of the day is useless for getting in a number of submissions?</p>\n<p>It also seemed at one time I could make several submissions even with them all pending - bad memory or a change in processing?</p>",

      "content": "<p>17 minutes before the end of the day at kaggle and only one submission possible.  I don't mind that I am not getting a score before end of day - I do mind that a kaggle issue keeps me from submitting my quota for the day.</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi,</p>\n<p>A bad configuration change prevented competition submissions from being processed.  As of 6:15 pm PST, the issue has been fixed and all the backlogged submissions have been processed.</p>\n<p>Sorry for trouble.</p>",
