"content": "
Hi to all participants,
\n\n
Well, that's it. The Airbus Ship Detection Challenge is now finished! Congratulations to the winning teams! And thanks to everyone who participated. It has been exciting and insightful to watch the competition unfold - including when we encountered the leak during the summer. By the way, a huge thank to Andres and Pavel to have found it and revealed it in time.
\n\n
I also want to thank all the kernels contributors for sharing their code and comments. It is a tremendous wealth of information for new comers and experts as well. This really helps to make satellite imagery more usable and more relevant to everyone.
\n\n
This competition has a little extra with the Algorithm Speed Prize so if you rank in the first one 100th, please consider making your algorithm as fast as it is precise :)
\n\n
All the best, \nJeff.
",
