Usually, when I encounter this issue I check if I can create new instance in some different zone/region and then migrate to that zone/region. <br>\n<strong>Important: Prices are different in different regions. Be careful.</strong> <br>\n<a href=\"https://cloud.google.com/compute/docs/instances/moving-instance-across-zones\">More details on migration.</a> <br>\nToday (November 12) I was able to run instance with P100 GPU in <code>europe-west1-b</code>. Have you found another solution?</p>",
