  "content": "<p>Hi,\nAs I see, sample submission has lines like</p>\n\n<pre><code>1   00002bd58.jpg   1 2\n2   00015efb6.jpg   1 2\n3   00023d5fc.jpg   1 2\n4   000367c13.jpg   1 2\n</code></pre>\n\n<p>ONLY \"1 2\", nothing that looks like RLE. </p>\n\n<p>Two questions: </p>\n\n<blockquote>\n  <ol>\n  <li><p>Should it be </p>\n  \n  <p>file_name RLE of masks\n  ...\n  ?</p></li>\n  <li><p>What is \"1 2\" and what should I put there is there are no predicted ships for this image? \"N/a\"?
