      "content": "<p>I mean that your csv file may contain one line per ship detected, if there are multiple ships on one image you may have multiple lines with the same file name but all the pixels have to be different on each line. \nShips cannot overlap. \nSo in your case you have multiple lines with the same filename and at least one pixel coded in the EncodedPixels that appear in at least two lines.</p>",
