  "content": "<p>Hello fellow Kagglers,</p>\n<p>I’d like to raise awareness about an important context surrounding this competition. The organizing entity, <strong>Aeroclub IT, appears to be the technology arm of Aeroclub Group which is a major business travel company headquartered in Russia</strong>, with a core focus on the domestic Russian aviation market.</p>\n<p>After reviewing the dataset and public information about the company, here are a few key points to consider:</p>\n<ul>\n<li><p>A significant portion of the flight routes in the dataset appear to be <strong>within Russian airspace</strong>, suggesting that the data primarily reflects domestic Russian airline operations. <strong>Most selected flights are to/from Russia.</strong></p></li>\n<li><p>Aeroclub IT develops platforms <strong>used by Russian corporations</strong> for internal flight booking, travel optimization, and route recommendations.</p></li>\n<li><p>The European Union (EU), United Kingdom (UK), United States (US), and certain other jurisdictions have implemented <strong>sanctions that may restrict the provision of aviation-related technical services or software to entities involved in Russia’s domestic flight infrastructure</strong>. Please do your own research on this.
