They're generally not, but we do have some open source contests where solutions are posted publicly.</p>\r\n<p>For some other competitions, you can see this wiki page listing what's available about some past competitions' solutions. Much of what's listed there aren't full solutions, just forum posts where people describe their approach:</p>\r\n<p>https://www.kaggle.com/wiki/PastSolutions</p>\r\n<p>The page is pretty incomplete, so feel free to improve it if you find more listed on competition pages or forums.</p>",
