      "content": "<p>Sorry everyone - Rather than try to make a case-by-case call we're going to limit it to open source and Matlab. I'd love to be more flexible, but we're a small company without deep expertise and resources. So to ensure successful implementation of the winning\r\n model(s) we want to stay narrow. I know it's not ideal, but we just don't have the expertise to even know the costs of every solution, much less to implement each of them.\r\n</p>\r\n<p>We appreciate your understanding, and wish we could offer more flexibility. Thanks</p>",
