Therefore, you could get a valid submission even if the upload only completed after deadline, provided you pressed that button before the deadine.  Now, the button is not active until the upload is completed...</p>",

      "content": "<p>I spent most of the competition zipping, downloading, uploading my submissions. Takes  about 45 minutes total.\nI couldn't figure out why the kaggle API didn't work. Then I had the genius idea to update it. 6 seconds is much better!</p>",
