  "content": "<p>This might be a shot in the dark or maybe the organizer could clarify, but I was wondering whether we are allowed to create gifs of the plays and post them to our notebook by uploading the files to giphy.com? It would help with creating a narrative.  I'd prefer to host the gifs in a private dataset so I can pull them down if requested, but it doesn't seem like we can read in .gif files from a private kaggle dataset into a notebook we own. I just don't want to get in legal trouble. </p>",

CONFIDENTIALITY; COMPETITION DATA: <br>\n  [...] Each Participant in the Data Science Theme agrees: <br>\n  - Not to transmit, duplicate, publish, redistribute or otherwise provide or make available the Competition Data to any party not participating in the Data Science Theme;</p>\n</blockquote>\n\n<p>So I guess you can't do that, you could try to put them as unlisted videos on youtube maybe ?</p>",
