      "content": "<p>It is very unlikely to have a Jersey change during the regular season/post season unless a player has been traded to another team. My guess is that some players may have worn different numbers during preseason games (GISID# 28121 has definitely played in a number of preseason games). The NFL-Rulebook states: 'During the preseason period when playing rosters are larger, the League will allow duplication and other temporary deviations from the numbering scheme specified above, but the rule must be adhered to for all players during the regular season and postseason.' Other possibility is the data is just incorrectly labeled. Just a guess.</p>",
