  "content": "<p>As you may already know, NFL have changed <strong>kickoff</strong> rules in 2018.  </p>\n\n<p>Main diffrences are below. <br>\n- Most of the return team is confined to a <a href=\"https://www.nbcsports.com/boston/sites/csnne/files/styles/article_hero_image/public/2018/06/07/oc_2018_kickoff_proposal_0517181526594258171_7000k_1920x1080_1236381763687.jpg?itok=5A2584ob\">“setup zone”</a> <br>\n- No <a href=\"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1qfufqIoTUk\">wedge blocks</a> <br>\n- No blocking in the first 15 yards <br>\n- No need to <a href=\"https://i.kinja-img.com/gawker-media/image/upload/s--4wvIN6If--/c_scale,f_auto,fl_progressive,q_80,w_800/b52vb0qgtdaxrkhpeuzc.jpg\">kneel</a>  </p>\n\n<p>So, you can say that these are not worth proposing for rule modifications.       "content": "<p>Hey thanks for posting this Tak, it should be noted that while Kickoffs are different than Punts, I think what they're going for with this competition is to seek SIMILAR rule changes to those that they implemented for the kickoff (i.e. reduce chance of concussions) and serve as a good reference I think. </p>",
