  "content": "<p>Congratulations to winners. Like most of the folks, I too have submissions which could have placed me in the medal tally. Nevertheless - selecting two best entries is part of the game!</p>\n\n<p>On a different note- I have observed that around 185 (out of 456 winners) have a single-digit submission (&lt;10). While I understand that smart folks can win in 7-8 submissions, unable to understand how many many  winners could do this in only 1-4 submissions. Many of them seem to be competition novice. It will be good to analyze this situation!</p>",
