Anytime you accuse people of cheating, you run the risk of a false positive for your own reputation and the accused party(s).</p>\n\n<p>Nevertheless, how does kaggle deal with fictitious accounts that were used to submit a couple of extra entries for a competition nearing completion, accounts which were combined to the main account/team so as to not cause suspicion? For ex: if you have submitted below a theoretical max of 300 team submissions, and there is only 10 days left. If you have 1 accounts, then you can only submit 20 max entries. If you create 2 more, you can triple your submissions, and still combine teams with fictitious accounts so long as you're under the theoretical limit. How would kaggle deal with such a loophope?</p>",

I would not be surprised if these are fake accounts. </p>\n\n<p>But, given they team, I am not sure there is a way to prove any rule violation.</p>",

So the topic of following link should be useful to look at this repulsive behavior in a different view:\n\n[\"How Winning Leads to Cheating?!\"](https://www.scientificamerican.com/article/how-winning-leads-to-cheating/?redirect=1) \n\n\n\"Perhaps competitions have long-lasting effects....”\n",

Anytime you accuse people of cheating, you run the risk of a false positive for your own reputation and the accused party(s).\n\nNevertheless, how does kaggle deal with fictitious accounts that were used to submit a couple of extra entries for a competition nearing completion, accounts which were combined to the main account/team so as to not cause suspicion? For ex: if you have submitted below a theoretical max of 300 team submissions, and there is only 10 days left. If you have 1 accounts, then you can only submit 20 max entries. If you create 2 more, you can triple your submissions, and still combine teams with fictitious accounts so long as you're under the theoretical limit. How would kaggle deal with such a loophope?",
