Full changelog here: <a href=\"https://scikit-learn.org/0.21/whats_new\">https://scikit-learn.org/0.21/whats_new</a>  Also, there's now an option for a nicer _ _ repr _ _!</p>\n\n<p>hope to see the new version asap on kaggle. </p>",
