  "content": "<p>My script cannot read train.csv in kernel, there is an error symbol next to it. The sample_submission.csv and the test files are fine and can be read. When I click on it I see the following:-</p>\n\n<p>&gt;An error occurred parsing this file: Invalid number of children for a CSV data bundle: 0. Data bundle name: train.csv.</p>\n\n<p>I tried 3 different kernels to make sure it is not an error in my script and it is not.</p>\n\n<p>I have reported<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/product-feedback/90869#latest=471357\"> it in the product feedback</a> section as well. Hopefully Kaggle will fix this very soon.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Update-1</strong></p>\n\n<p>The error is still there when you click on the file but I can also read it now.</p>\n\n<p><strong>Update-2 on 05/15/2019</strong></p>\n\n<p>This issue is happening again as of yesterday reported in the comment by <a href=\"/stanislavblinov\">@stanislavblinov</a> and a new post <a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/LANL-Earthquake-Prediction/discussion/92300#532056\">here</a> by <a href=\"/dysonlin\">@dysonlin</a>. </p>",
