      "content": "<p>Hi Morgan,</p>\n\n<p>I use an iPad and an apple pencil to draw all this.  There is an app called notability which has different colors thicknesses which is really nice.  I just put on some nice music and draw.   :)</p>\n\n<p>Thanks for your compliment, that inspires me to keep making them!</p>",

      "content": "<p>Thank you for your nice picture!\nI have one question to check my understanding of this competition.</p>\n\n<p>In your illust, some test data seem to contain quakes in their segments and <em>\"Predict arrow\"</em> in your picture point to quakes of internal period, which means the value of time-to-failure is negative.\nBut a task in this competition is described as  *\"predict a single time_to_failure corresponding to the time between the last row of the segment and the next laboratory earthquake\"*. So I think the value of time-to-failure is always positive.</p>\n\n<p>When some test data contains quakes in their segments, should we predict next quake after test data segments or quake in the test data segments ?</p>\n\n<p>Thanks !</p>",
