  "content": "<p>Hi,eveyone,I have several questions concerning this game.\nThe first is that since the segment length is 150000,then would earthquakes appear inside the segment?</p>\n\n<p>The second is that how to define the time to failure(tof) quantity of the whole segmen?Is it defined to be the tof of one representitive point (e.g. the last point) in the segment?? </p>\n\n<p>Specifically,what's the definition of tof  if the circumstance in the first question happens?</p>",
