  "content": "<p>In preparation for the final evaluation phase, please:</p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>download the final evaluation data&nbsp;http://gesture.chalearn.org/data/final-evaluation (as soon as possible)\r\n</li><li>upload your code with your submissions (as soon as possible, so we can try it and see whether we don't encounter technical problems)\r\n</li></ul>\r\n<p>The deadline for code submission is <strong>Thursday SEPTEMBER 6, midnight UTC.</strong></p>\r\n<p>You must <strong><em>upload the exact code that served to create the last submission and will be used to process the final evaluation data</em></strong>. See&nbsp;http://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/details/submission-instructions (bottom).</p>\r\n<p>We will release the decryption key shortly after SEPTEMBER 7 0h UTC. Please be patient because we will first download a copy of all the software uploaded, for backup purpose. This may take up to a couple of hour. The decryption key will be posted on the\r\n Kaggle forum and at&nbsp;http://gesture.chalearn.org/.</p>\r\n<p>We encourage all the participants to make final submissions (even if you are not in the top ranking participants or do not want to upload code). You never know, some people may be overfitting, you may end up having a nice surprise!</p>\r\n<p>Good luck!</p>",

The second one is to pass the verification tests. The results will not be made final\r\n before the verification tests have been terminated, which make take several days past the end of the challenge.</p>",
