  "content": "<p>Dear Sir,</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; I have downloaded the file &quot;sample_predict.csv&quot; from <a href=\"http://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/data\">\r\nhttp://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/data</a>&nbsp;I found that the file contains the predictions of videos of valid01-20 and final 21-40.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;But&nbsp;I can access the videos of valid01-20.&nbsp;And I am not available the videos of final21-40.</p>\r\n<p>&nbsp;&nbsp; So I have a question, how can I get the videos of final21-40? Because in the submission process system, it require 1880 rows(see\r\n<a href=\"https://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/submissions/attach\">https://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/submissions/attach</a>). Now I only can predict the videos of valid01-20 where I can&nbsp;obtain 940 rows. I cannot access&nbsp;&nbsp;for the rest 940 rows for\r\n final21-40.&nbsp;</p>",

      "content": "<p>Hi Joewan,</p>\r\n<p>Try the instructions at this page:<br>\r\nhttp://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/details/SubmissionInstructions</p>\r\n<p>It says:<br>\r\n1. During the development period the predictions on the final evaluation data may be omitted (lines staring with finalxx_nn).\r\n<br>\r\n2. The lines corresponding to training examples (for which the labels are provided) should preferably be omitted and will not be used to compute the score. Prediction errors on training examples may generate warnings, for debug purpose only.<br>\r\n3. Missing lines or lines having a valid identifier but meaningless labels (e.g. labels outside the range of valid labels) will be given the worst achievable score. Extra lines with invalid identifiers will be discarted.</p>",

This allows the participants to practice making submissions and compare their results with others.</p>\r\n<p>FINAL EVALUATION PHASE (SEPTEMBER 7, 2012 TO SEPTEMBER 10, 2012)</p>\r\n<p>The final evaluation data (on which the entrants will be judged) will be made available encrypted to registered participants on August 7, 2012. The decryption key will be revealed on September 7, 2012</p>",
