      "content": "<p>It looks like there are two evaulations done, each with seperate prizes. A quantitative evaluation and a qualitative demonstration at the&nbsp;<span>ICPR conference. For the quantitative section you can use anything you want, for the demonstration it needs to\r\n run using a Kinect and the official SDK.</span></p>",

It only applies to the demo competition (qualitative evaluation).&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>However, in round 1, the verification process went very smoothly because all participants submitted their code. You may want to review carefully the guidelines for code submission to facilitate the final evaluation phase:</p>\r\n<p>http://www.kaggle.com/c/GestureChallenge2/details/SubmissionInstructions</p>\r\n<p>[see bottom of page]</p>",
