  "content": "<p>Is the black ghosting in the images a natural effect in Kinect depth images? &nbsp;Does it carry any known information or is it some kind of side effect of the function of the sensor?&nbsp;</p>\r\n<p>In Devel_01 K_5 at time 0:01 you can plainly see that it is a duplicate of the data for the human figure, but out of line with the video data. &nbsp;The black ghosting obscures the object behind where you can see it in the video (unless there is some kind of\r\n parallax effect). &nbsp;If anyone knows the cause and nature of the effect, I'd like to read about it.</p>",
