We are excited to share this self-driving dataset with you and eager to see how you use it to advance the state of the art in 3D object detection.&nbsp;</p>\n\n<p>For those of you who are digging into the data, I encourage you to read our <a href=\"https://medium.com/lyftlevel5/lyft-level-5-self-driving-dataset-competition-now-open-97493e9f154a\">latest&nbsp;blog</a>&nbsp;on the dataset and why democratizing access to self-driving data is critical for the future of autonomy.
